A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Bauchi State Alhaji Auwalu Karfe Ningi has donated a campaign vehicle to Senator Shehu Buba (APC, Bauchi South) to enhance grassroots mobilisation.
The car, popularly known as Sharon, was branded with pictures of Senator Shehu Buba Umar and inscriptions such as “Mujaddadi 2027” and “Governor in Sha Allah”, among others.
The vehicle was handed over to the APC Chairman in Ningi Local Government, Alhaji Ibrahim Sarki Mai Katako
to strengthen the party’s activities and enhance visibility at the grassroots.
Alhani Auwalu said he donated the vehicle as a token of appreciation with regards to Senator Shehu Buba’s commitment to democratic development and sustained support for the APC in Bauchi Central and Bauchi North Senatorial District.
Alhaji Auwalu said in the last eight years since when APC lost Bauchi Governorship seat in Bauchi North and Bauchi Central only Senator Buba extended his support, not only to Bauchi South where he represented but to the entire state.
He highlighted the support they received from the senator across all sectors including health, agriculture, education, employment, and security, both within his constituency and across Bauchi State.
He described Shehu Buba as a grassroots politician, who understands the people’s needs that positions him as best strong contender for the Bauchi State governorship in 2027.
In his remarks after receiving vehicle the Ningi APC Chairman, Alhaji Ibrahim Sarki Mai Katako commended Alhaji Auwalu Karfe Ningi for the donation and assured that the vehicle would be effectively utilised to strengthen mobilisation efforts.
He urged party members to remain loyal and united to secure victory for the APC in the 2027 general elections.
