2baba absent as Sunmbo Adeoye and husband, David attend second son, Zion Idibia’s Matriculation ceremony (Photos)

It is raining celebration for legendary music icon 2baba as his second son with Sunmbo Adeoye, Zion Idibia, gains admission into Pan-Atlantic University.

The proud mother shared the good news on her Instagram page, along with photos from his matriculation.

In the photos, Sunmbo and her pastor husband had shown up for the celebrant. Meanwhile, his famous father was absent.

In her caption, Sunmbo noted how her son earned it and congratulated him on his new milestone.

This sweet gesture from David isn’t new as the pastor always shows up for them.

Recall that in 2023, when Sunmbo’a first son, Nino had graduated from Secondary school, a graduation party was thrown for him which had in attendance Sunmbo and David, 2baba’s mother, 2baba’s younger brother Charles, and Annie Idibia’s oldest daughter, Isabella.

Following the completion of his Secondary education, Nino headed to the US for his University. The son of the legendary singer was accompanied by his mother and his stepfather, David Adeoye.

In an Instagram post by Sunmbo, David had won the hearts of when he visited Nino in school to check on him. The photos, which included a photo of them twinning, melted the hearts of many, who gushed over their bond and resemblance.

When Nino was still in Secondary school, David had stepped up into Father’s Duty after 2face shunned his son’s induction ceremony. Sunmbo shared the good news of his induction into a leadership role as a social prefect and her pastor husband was on hand to provide moral support for him as he took up the leadership role.

During their 10th wedding anniversary in 2023, the mother of four, appreciated her husband for embracing her and her two sons and accepting them with open arms.
