50 Cent shared another story about R&B singer Trey Songz, claiming that he once tried to squabble up with world champion boxer Terence Crawford…over a woman.
The incident reportedly went down at one of 50 Cent’s Houston events,
On Cigar Talk, Crawford claimed that the crooner bet against him “shot for shot” during a halftime celebrity basketball game.
“He said, ‘Shot for shot, bet $100.’ So I shoot, I make it, boom. He shot, he missed, bam. I said, ‘So you got me a $100?’ He was like, ‘Bet that.’ I’m like, ‘Alright.’ So I shot, I make it. He shot, he make it. So I’m like, ‘You still owe me $100.’ He was like ‘No we even.’ I started laughing.”
Crawford shared that he wasn’t sure if Trey was drunk but that he started “trippin”” or on drugs.
“He was like, ‘I don’t care if you the world champion.’ I’m like, ‘Is he serious?’ I think he might be on drugs or something. I think he’s playing. So I’m like, ‘Man, I’ll take you in the back and make you cry, make you scream. What is you talking about?’”
He said that eventually, 50 Cent walked over and diffused the situation. Crawford says 50 stopped him from giving the singer a beatdown. On Instagram, 50 seemingly confirmed the story in a since-deleted post, but claims that the singer was actually upset over a girl.
