A$AP Rocky will not be testifying in his trial despite facing up to 24 years in prison if convicted.
“Do you, in fact, waive your right to testify?” Judge Arnold asked him.
“I do, in fact, Your Honor,” the Harlem rapper replied.
Rocky is charged with two felony counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm. Before his trial began, he was offered a plea deal with a potential 180-day jail sentence but he refused to plead guilty and rejected the deal.

A$AP Relli claims Rocky shot him in the hand.
“He turned around and then it was like BOOM!” he told the jury. “The whole thing was like a movie, he kind of like pointed down and he shot the first shot.”
Relli continued, “I felt my hand hot,” later adding, “I was hit. Or I was grazed. I didn’t have a hole or nothing.”
Rocky denies shooting him, claiming he used a prop gun the night of the alleged shooting.
