Aaron Hall Found After Yearlong Search & Served Lawsuit Papers!

Aaron Hall1

Aaron Hall was located and formally served legal papers after more than a year of efforts to track him down.

According to reports, a process server found Hall on Feb. 2, 2026, at an Extended Stay America motel in Alpharetta, Georgia, a suburb north of Atlanta that had not previously been connected to the singer. The discovery followed months of unsuccessful attempts across multiple states, including California and Ohio.

Process server Andrew Drake said he arrived at the motel shortly before noon and obtained Hall’s room number from the front desk. After knocking twice, Hall answered the door. Drake confirmed his identity and attempted to hand him the documents. Hall allegedly asked what the papers involved and then declined to take them. The documents were left at his feet, which qualified as proper service under Georgia law.

Hall was described as wearing a tan hoodie with the phrase “Always Thinking Big,” along with a black durag and a white beard.

The lawsuit was filed by Liza Gardner, who alleged she was sexually assaulted by Hall in 1990 when she was 16 years old. The complaint also named Sean Combs as a co-defendant. Both men had denied the allegations.

Gardner’s case could not move forward until Hall was served.
