The Newcastle United legend, Alan Shearer, has shared his predictions for the upcoming Premier League match-day 6 games scheduled for this weekend.
Newcastle United are set to go head-to-head with Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium in an early kick-off on Saturday afternoon.
Following that, Chelsea will be taking on Brighton at Stamford Bridge, while Arsenal will play host to Leicester City at the Emirates Stadium in a match set for Saturday evening.
On Sunday, Manchester United will face off against Tottenham Hotspur at Old Trafford.
Offering his insights into the fixtures, Shearer said, “If they [Newcastle] can replicate their recent form on Saturday, then it will be a real challenge for Manchester City. I’m leaning towards a draw in this fixture.”
Regarding the Chelsea vs. Brighton matchup, Alan Shearer said, “Chelsea’s current form is excellent, and Nicolas Jackson has been performing exceptionally well lately. Given their form, I predict a win for Chelsea.”
About the Arsenal vs. Leicester City game, Shearer stated, “I don’t anticipate any surprises; I foresee a convincing victory for the home team (Gunners).”
