Manchester United star Alejandro Garnacho has lifted the lid on his recent injury in a post on Instagram.
The Red Devils starlet was spotted leaving Old Trafford on crutches following the goalless draw with Southampton after a challenge by Kyle Walker-Peters.

Now, the 18-year-old has updated fans on the extent of his injury, as well as making a promise to be better than ever before when he returns.
Uploading a picture of himself down injured in Sunday’s game, Garnacho wrote: “It is difficult to put into words how I’m feeling right now.
“Unfortunately I will not be able to help my team and team mates in the upcoming games in what is a very important part of the season for us at Manchester United.
“I am disappointed to also miss the opportunity to be with my team mates of the Argentinian National Team in what would have been a great and proud moment for me and my family.
“This is part of football and our profession, however, I am already focused in my recovery.
“God has taught me to never give up and I will make sure I am back stronger than ever!”

Man United goalkeeper David de Gea commented on ..., writing ‘tranquility and recovering’ with a strong arm emoji.
Meanwhile, fellow Red Devils stars Christian Eriksen and Facundo Pellistri also showed their support on the youngster’s post.
Garnacho was set to be involved in his side’s trip to Real Betis for the second leg of their Europa League last-16 tie, as well as their FA Cup quarter-final clash against Fulham.
He was then due to represent his country, 2022 World Cup winners Argentina, in their friendlies against Panama and Curacao at the end of the month during the international break.

However, he’ll now be sidelined for the foreseeable despite Erik ten Hag not thinking the injury would be too serious, with Man United not putting a timeframe on the player’s return in their statement.
The Red Devils’ first game after the international break sees them make a trip to Newcastle United on April 2.
Garnacho has made 15 appearances in the Premier League this season and four of those have been starts. The teenager is close to signing a new deal to extend his Old Trafford stay.
