Nollywood actress Annie Macaulay Idibia has reacted to the backlash she received for liking a post by her junior colleague, Regina Daniels’ co-wife, Laila Charani.
Kemi Filani reported that Laila, in a lengthy post on her Instagram page, claimed that the reason Regina was fighting her husband is that he wants her to stop her drug and alcohol addiction. She alleged that she almost lost her marriage when she introduced her to drugs 6 years ago, and it was Ned who rescued her from that dark part.
Many were surprised when Annie liked ..., hinting at the Moroccan beauty’s statement being true.
Defending herself, Annie said she mistakenly liked ..., while reading the rubbish that was alleged about Daniels. She made it known that she is loyal to the actress and always has her back, front and side.

It is obvious that Annie mistakenly liked ..., as the ex-wife of 2baba is team Regina.
Just last month, she had written a sweet note to Regina on her birthday. Pouring praises on her, she described Daniels as a young queen, whose heart is made up of pure gold, so selfless, loving, carefree and brilliant.
When Regina Daniels’s sons celebrated their birthdays in June, Annie had praised her over her mothering skills. Annie credited Regina with being an incredible mum and for being intentional about her sons and other kids.
Following her separation from husband of over a decade, Annie has been spending time with Regina and her family.
The mother of two made her first public appearance as she visited her junior colleague Regina Daniels and her husband Ned at their house in Abuja. In the clip, Annie is seen holding Regina’s hands and embracing a man.
She had also accompanied the couple on official duty in Abuja. The trio had visited the National Youth Service Corps headquarters in Abuja, where they met with the new Director General of NYSC.
