The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has announced that it now has 109 digital services available to Nigerians round the clock as part of efforts to ease the process of doing business in the country.
The announcement was made in a publication signed by the Management of the Commission on Sunday, February 9, 2026, as the CAC marks its 35th Anniversary, having been established in February 1991.
“Don’t be left out! Know our products as we now have 109 digital services ready for you 24/7, Anytime, Anywhere for ease of doing business,” the Commission stated in the publication tagged #CACat35 #35Years.
The Commission expressed its commitment to prompt and efficient service delivery to Nigerians.
The digital services available for companies include new incorporation, notice of financial year end and changes thereto, notice of change of name, alteration of memorandum and articles of association, application for commencement registration, director’s solvency statement, transfer/transmission/surrender/allotment of shares, allotment and increase in share capital, reduction of share capital, cancellation of shares, and notice of change in particulars of shareholder.

The Commission also offers API Integrated Services including get company and its affiliates information by RC number, get company share capital, get company share distribution across share holders, get years company has filed annual returns, get entity winding information, get entity charge on assets, and business validation service (premium).
The Corporate Affairs Commission was established in February 1991 and has now completed 35 years of service to Nigeria, during which it has transitioned from manual processes to a fully digitalised system offering 109 services online.
