After making its debut in June last year, Apple has now revealed three new colour options for the Beat Studio Buds. Starting today, the Beats Studio buds will retail in Ocean Blue, Sunset Pink, and Moon Gray alongside the original Red, White and Black. These new earbuds from Apple feature Active Noise Cancelling (ANC), have support for Transparency mode, IPX4-rated sweat and water resistance, and more. Let’s take a closer look at the Apple Beat Studio Buds, its specifications, new colour options and pricing.

Beats Studio Buds Now Available in Ocean Blue, Sunset Pink, and Moon Gray

The Beat Studio Buds by Apple are now available in three fresh colour choices – Sunset Pink, Moon Gray, and Ocean Blue. Users can now purchase them via the Apple Store for the original retail price of $149.99. Note that, in the United States, Moon Gray will be exclusive to Amazon, Ocean Blue will be exclusive to Best Buy, and Sunset Pink will be exclusive to Target, in case you decide not to purchase these earbuds directly from Apple.

Beats is also updating its application for Android with two new features: Locate My Beats and Product Widgets. Android users will be able to locate their Studio Buds, view battery life information, and manage listening modes directly from their devices. Those features have been available for iOS devices since last year.

The TWS has support for basic Spatial Audio and Dolby Atmos while missing out on an Apple H1 or W1 chip. However, they include support for Find My, one-touch pairing, and pack in a total of five microphones.

The TWS earphones have an in-ear design (without an extended stem) and come with features like ANC, hands-free Siri, and more. Each earbud weighs 5.1 grams. Both earbuds come with physical buttons on the ends for controls. The new Beats Studio Buds are priced at $149.99, the same as the original colours.

This Feature is Coming to WhatsApp – Silent Exit

Published

on

whatsapp

If you’re a WhatsApp user and you found yourself added to a group without your knowledge, and you don’t want to annoy the person who added you probably because it’s a family member, well worry not as WhatsApp is working on a feature that will make you secretly leave a group without anyone noticing.

According to the latest report from Wabetainfo, an update is in work that would allow WhatsApp users to leave groups silently. A screenshot of the upcoming feature shows that when you leave a group, other members won’t be informed about your exit. Only you and the WhatsApp group admin will be notified that you’ve left the group.

What this means is that when you exit a group, WhatsApp normally adds a system message in the chat to inform all participants that you exited the group; but with this latest development, only the group admins will be notified that you left a group. Group admins should always be notified about what happens in their groups, so it is needed to show them who exited a group.

The feature is still in development, and it will be rolled out fully once it’s tested in the coming weeks.
