Atiku gives out former Adamawa PDP secretariat to ADC

1 18

The 2023 presidential candidate of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar, has given out a house in Yola for use of his new party, African Democratic Congress, ADC, as its Adamawa State secretariat.

The house, located in a choice area in Jimeta, Yola North Local Government Area, which once served as the state Secretariat of PDP, is to be repainted in ADC colours.

The ADC ascended new high heights in Adamawa State and around the country last month when Atiku became openly associated with it after he resigned from the PDP.

Handing out his Yola property to the ADC is considered a significant way of showing his wish to see the party grow further.

A chieftain of the party in Adamawa State, Umar Jada, more widely called Calculate, has said the gesture is a remarkable support and leap towards strengthening ADC’s political presence in the state.

Calculate, who is the Assistant National Organizing Secretary/Zonal Organizing Secretary of the ADC, said the facility will provide the party with a befitting work environment to mobilize supporters.
