
Austin Butler has mirrored on his deep relationship with Lisa Marie Presley for the primary time since her tragic passing earlier this month.
Throughout his final look on The Tonight Present Starring Jimmy Fallonthe Elvis The 31-year-old star talks about his friendship with the late Lisa Marie.
“I first met Lisa after we had been displaying the film at Graceland,” Butler recalled. “And I’ve by no means skilled the place I met somebody and felt such a deep, deep relationship with them.”
“She was somebody who actually had nothing to show and would not speak in confidence to everybody, and she or he simply opened as much as me,” he added wistfully, “and we acquired so shut, so quick. So, yeah, it is devastating.”

Throughout that first assembly, Butler stated, Lisa Marie took him on a tour of the well-known Graceland property, and introduced him to see Elvis’ slippers and his precise bed room.
“[I] “Goosebumps,” Butler remembers. It was after we did the film and the bed room, you understand, his bed room is a spot most individuals by no means see. And he or she stated, “I need to present you one thing.” And he or she took me there and we sat in his bed room. And up there, it is not Elvis, it was simply my dad, you understand? “
“So, to listen to these tales, I’ll cherish that endlessly,” he added.
