Bad Boy Co-Founder: I Was S*xually Assaulted By Diddy!

Kirk Burrowes, a central figure in the early rise of Bad Boy Entertainment, is speaking out in the Netflix docuseries Sean Combs: The Reckoning, alleging that he, too, was assaulted by Sean “Diddy” Combs.

His comments appear in the fourth episode, titled “Blink Again.”

Burrowes says he was subjected to behavior from Diddy that he characterizes as both professionally and sexually abusive.

“I’m also a victim on multiple levels with Sean Diddy Combs,” he says.

Burrowes helped establish Bad Boy with Diddy in 1993 and explains in the series that the problems he experienced exceeded typical workplace conflict. “Not only was he abusive to me from an employer-employee standpoint. He was also abusive to me in other ways.”

When asked off camera what he means, Burrowes replies, “Sexually deviant ways.” He adds that he did not want to participate in what he alleges occurred. “I did not want to do it. I didn’t want to be around him and take care of him as he is SA-ing me and others.”

Burrowes also recounts the fallout of their business split. He says he once owned 25% of Bad Boy and worked extensively during the label’s early years.

After his firing, he sought to recover the value of his shares through legal action. Archival footage included in the episode revisits earlier accusations that Diddy deprived him of millions and even ordered violent acts, including an unproven claim that Diddy was involved in the 1996 killing of Tupac Shakur. No evidence has ever linked Diddy to that crime.

Burrowes says he was dismissed at the time. “It was eventually labeled RICO and racketeering. I was the first to call it. But I was looked on as that has to be a lie.” His lawsuit was later dismissed after judges ruled the allegations were too old to pursue. Subsequent lawsuits were also tossed. He filed a fresh lawsuit back in February of this year.
