Nigerian comedian Basketmouth has expressed concern over the increasing cost of everyday goods and services.
Naijaonpoint reports that the entertainer took to his Instagram story to compare the soaring prices across different sectors.
He said that street food now costs as much as fast food, fast food is approaching the price of fine dining, fine dining rivals the cost of house rent, and rent itself is nearing the price of buying a house.
He wrote: “The price of street food is now the price of fast food. The price of fast food is now the price of fine dining. The price of fine dining is now the price of a house rent. The price of house rent is now the price of a house.”
