Rosa, who was also a US Army Reservist, died in Miami, where she had travelled to celebrate her birthday.

She recently returned from Kuwait, arrived in South Florida in mid-March.

According to New York Post, she had her pre-surgery blood tests done on March 19 at Prestige Plastic Surgery Clinic.

The surgery cost $7,495.

Three days after the operation, Rosa informed her family about the cosmetic procedure while she was recovering at a rental apartment.

Her older sister, Anamin Vazquez, said they became concerned when Rosa stopped responding to messages.
