Beats brand now makes iPhone 16 cases
Beats, the company that makes Bluetooth speakers and other audio accessories, has now started selling iPhone cases. The Apple-owned audio brand has opened up a new vertical with iPhone 16 cases.
The new iPhone 16 series smartphones have a dedicated camera control button on the lower right side. This button serves multiple purposes, including summoning Apple Intelligence and controlling the zoom.
Beats ensured support for this button. The cases not only have a dedicated raised portion for the button, but they also work with the Camera Control feature on iPhone 16.
The brand claims this button has a sapphire crystal and a conductive layer. This facilitates finger motion and is registered through to the camera system. The Beats case not only protects the button but users can control the setting of the camera even when the case is on.
The Beats cases also feature inbuilt MagSafe compatibility. The brand has embedded multiple magnets to ensure perfect alignment with all the iPhone 16 models. These magnets allow secure attachment of compatible iPhones with MagSafe accessories, including those from third parties.
Beats iPhone 16 cases features and design
The Beats iPhone 16 cases have a polycarbonate hard shell. This outer shell lends strength and flexible sidewalls to help absorb shock. These cases are lined with a microfiber material, which would help cushion the device from scratches.
Your ears aren’t the only thing that needs a secure fit. The Beats iPhone 16 cases with MagSafe and Camera Control support are here.

Beats assures all its cases are tough despite being thin and light. Additionally, the cases reportedly ship in 100% fiber-based packaging, sourced from recycled or responsibly sourced wood fibers.
The new Beats cases will be available in four colors: Midnight Black, Summit Stone, Riptide Blue, and Sunset Purple. They can be pre-ordered but will make a physical appearance in retail stores from September 20, 2024. The Beats iPhone 16 cases carry a sticker price of $49.
