Beyonce’s mom Tina Knowles stepped out last night, and she was barely recognizable. As Media Take Out reported, Tina Knowles had a bunch of surgical procedures in the past.

But her latest procedure may have been the best one, yet. Most online agree that Tina looks amazing.

The beautiful mother of Beyonce attended The Paley Center for Media Hosts Paley Honors Fall Gala Honoring Tyler Perry at Beverly Wilshire last night. She was one of a dozen or so celebrities in attendance.

But unlike all the other A list attendees, all eyes are on Tina. Check out her latest face.

Tina is now 70 years young and she looks amazing. She held off on getting any facial surgery until her late 50s, so that she could preserve as natural of a look as possible.

And her doctors did an amazing job. She looks like one of the ladies on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
