Big Brother Naija has announced that no housemate will be leaving the reality show in Week 5 after all nominations were cancelled.
Naijaonpoint reports that the announcement came on Monday evening when the contestants gathered in the sitting room for the usual nomination process, where each person was asked to put forward two housemates for possible eviction.
At the end of the exercise, six contestants, Ivatar, Faith, Thelma, Zita, Tracy, and Sultana were listed among those up for eviction.
However, the twist of the evening was revealed when Rooboy, who holds the position of Head of House, was instructed to pick from the Tree of Trinkets.
His draw gave him the authority to cancel every nomination, which meant the entire house became safe from eviction.
Big Brother explained the outcome to the contestants, confirming that all nominations had been rendered void and that no one would be leaving the competition that week.
The announcement was met with relief and excitement as the housemates applauded and celebrated their collective safety in the game.
