Blueface is facing another costly chapter in his ongoing legal drama, this time tied to a paternity claim that backfired in court.
The rapper now owes more than $130,000 to Jackilyn Martinez, a woman he publicly suggested he shared a child with, despite court documents stating the child’s father is actually Soulja Boy.
According to My News LA, Martinez recently filed a “writ of execution,” defined by the Legal Information Institute as a “court order that directs law enforcement personnel to seize non-exempt property owned by the defendant and sell it at public auction.”
The move follows a default judgment that has grown to $131,655 after interest was applied.
Judge Peter Hernandez previously ordered that all “royalties collected by BMI and the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers” on Blueface’s behalf be redirected to Martinez until the debt is paid. The case stemmed from a series of social media posts in which Blueface claimed Martinez’s two-year-old child was his, despite the pair not being romantically linked since 2018.
The original judgment awarded Martinez $123,245, including $100,000 for pain and suffering.
