Bossman Dlow has denied allegations that he was trying to hook up with popular gay influencer Timmy Bandsome.
“I ain’t tryna beat nobody on the internet…ion even play them games. Just keep s–t in the streets when you decide you wanna play with a real street n—a,” Dlow wrote via his Instagram Story.
The Dallas-based man took to Instagram over the weekend, claiming the rapper slid into his DMs from a verified account.
The man, who identifies as gay and frequently posts femme-presenting content, shared what appear to be screenshots of private messages allegedly sent by Dlow. In the messages, the sender seems to compliment the man’s photos and ask when they could “link up.”
Before anyone could call it a misunderstanding or assume it was a case of mistaken identity, the Dallas man clarified that he told the account his name was Justin and confirmed he’s a man. According to him, whoever was behind the account knew exactly who they were messaging.
