During his recent sitdown with Cam Newton, Bow Wow opened up a bit about his longstanding beef with R&B singer Omarion, saying there is nothing left to say between them.
The pair are headliners for the popular Millenium tour but are no longer on speaking terms.
Bow Wow describes their situation as “complicated.” In a candid interview on Newton’s “Funky Friday” podcast, Bow Wow seemed reluctant to reconcile, stating, “I don’t want to talk. There’s nothing to talk about. Not even in a bad way.”
The tension between Bow Wow and Omarion seems to stem from a mix of personal and professional miscommunication. Even though they’ve collaborated in the past—notably on their 2007 joint album Face Off—their friendship has hit some rocky points recently.
In February, Bow Wow hinted on X, formerly Twitter, that there was some drama behind the scenes but did not elaborate. Omarion has not revealed what caused the breakdown of their friendship, wither.
“It’s just when you lend your hand out and you try to be the bigger person—and try to rap—but you get no response,” he continued. “You go, ‘OK we’ll leave it right here.’ You do your thing, I do my thing, it ain’t no beef.”
