The Federal High Court in Abuja has dismissed the “no-case submission” filed by the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, in his ongoing terrorism trial.
Delivering the ruling on Friday, Justice James Omotosho held that Kanu has a case to answer.
