The Enugu State Factional APC Chairman, Chief Ugochukwu Agballah has asked some said INEC officials to return money paid to them after Loosing his polling unit and Udi Local government to PDP in the governorship election.
According to the source, the Factional Chairman, threatened to deal with those involved if they fail to refund the money.
The governorship results from his polling Unit and local government shows that the chairman could not get good margin of votes in the entire local government, after giving #350, 000 naira to each ward officials in the local government.

The statement reads;
I am directed to inform you that the #350,000.00 budgeted for each ward returning officer should be paid to the below account 1007917577 zenith bank with account name U Agballa, L Agbo and J Aniogbo hence they failed to return for us.
