Former Minister of Special Duties and Intergovernmental Affairs, Kabiru Turaki (SAN), has emerged as the new the National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Naijaonpoint reports that Turaki was elected as the new chairman at the national convention of the party in Ibadan, Oyo State, where delegates from 17 states across the country cast their votes to choose national officers.
He secured the position with a total of 1,516 votes, surpassing Senator Lado, who received 275 votes.
