Nigeria’s Supreme court on Wednesday February 8, 2023 temporarily stopped the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) from banning use of old naira notes, pending determination of the substantive suit.
This was after the apex court granted the prayer by the three All Progressives Congress (APC) governors of Zamfara, Kaduna and Kogi states.
