According to our reporter, tragedy struck the family of 35-year-old Ogechukwu when she was found dead in her fiancé’s locked apartment just days before their wedding. Watch full report

Her brother, Chinonso Mmadubugwu, revealed that Ogechukwu had gone to care for her unwell fiancé, Chibuike Valentine Anaikpe, but both became unreachable the following day.

Acting on police advice, family members forced entry and discovered her lifeless body alone in the apartment, alongside a handwritten note threatening revenge and kidnapping, written in Pidgin English. The fiancé vanished without a trace after the incident.

The family has called for urgent justice as police investigations continue.
