Cam’ron invited journalist Elliott Wilson to debate him on his It Is What It Is podcast, and at the beginning of the episode, before the debate kicked off, the Harlem rapper roasted the seasoned journalist.
“When I’m looking at Elliott now, I didn’t know your face look like pepperjack turkey, like the texture of your skin looks like pepperjack turkey,” said Cam. “It look like you sweat duck sauce. You look like a sloppy sandwich in the face. Pause, man. My bad, I never really looked at you like that.”
Cam went toe-to-toe with Wilson after the writer slammed him and other artists and athletes for taking over the journalism game.
“Everybody is media now. Cam’ron’s running around like he’s Stephen A. Smith. That’s what we’re dealing with,” Wilson previously said, igniting the feud. “Why is he a sports journalist? Because he has an opinion? He’s got Mase working because the bag is there! This is what I do well, and now everybody wants to do it. I don’t like it.”
