Nigerian media personality Daddy Freeze has clashed with Grace Ayotomide Labinjoh, the mother of Anu Adeleke, over DNA saga with Davido.
Kemi Filani reported that Daddy Freeze had weighed in, revealing that David isn’t Anu’s father after he saw one of the DNA results.
Responding to him, Anu Adeleke’s mother shared the pictures of the DNA test that was done in 2014, describing it as fake, as no swab was taken, only blood.
She told Freeze that they wanted another test, as there is no record of 5 DNA tests anywhere, and she never picked any hospital. She noted how Davido’s father picked the hospital lab and paid for it.
“Daddy Freeze, we will request another test because the only DNA test that was done was altered in September 2014. There was no DNA swab. They took Anu’s blood, and Davido’s blood was drawn separately in a room in which we were not allowed to enter. The ONLY DNA TEST he did is what you saw. Post it! The false negative test with a big bag of money
There is no record of 5 DNA tests anywhere, and I never picked any hospital. Dr Adeleke picked the hospital lab and paid for it. It is not ours. Last year they said it was two. Today it’s 5. Stop using the power of influence to brainwash Nigerians to believe lies. Money cannot buy everything. Our family lawyer, who passed away, initiated the test with Dr Adeleke. We did not choose any location. We are not familiar with Lagos test centres”.
Replying to her, Freeze advised her to raise her child herself and to do everything she could to ensure her child’s success. He questioned whether Ayotomide would have raised her daughter alone if the father were dead.
He admonished her to take the issue off social media, noting that no one can force Davido to undergo a DNA test. Freeze also made her know that the singer can file a claim that she is harassing him, and the government will give her a restraining order.
“You are just like a daughter to me because your father was my lecturer. I will advise you to raise this child yourself and do everything to make sure she becomes successful. If the father is de@d, will you not raise her? Take this issue off social media, because nobody can force Davido to take a DNA test. Earlier this week, Anu, in an Instagram post, requested a DNA test to establish her identity. She shared her struggles with bullying and mental anguish, saying classmates mocked her claims of being Davido’s daughter.
Responding to her, Davido denied paternity, saying he had already undergone five DNA tests, all of which were negative, and challenged Anu’s claims. The singer expressed frustration and disappointment, saying he’d chosen three hospitals for the tests, while Anu’s team chose two, both of which returned the same negative result. Davido threatened to take action against Anu’s mother, saying she needs to be held accountable.
Hitting back, Anu expressed devastation at how he was cursing and bullying her and even threatening to lock her mother up. She claimed that the singer hadn’t met her mother yet, was publicly calling her a butch and claiming he did 5 DNA tests with her.
Speaking out, Anu’s mum shared screenshot of Anu’s chat with the singer, noting how he had largely ignored her for years because he thought he picked up a prostītute from the GQ club in Ibadan. She requested that the US State Department contact the mission in Lagos or Abuja to help them supervise and witness a clean, independent DNA test.
Last year, following her 11th birthday, Anu gave an update on her life, revealing that she was made the Head Girl of the school, journalist, Kemi Olunloyo, enrolled her in 2019. The young lady revealed that her hobbies included singing, reading, and modelling.
