A huge fire has erupted in Dannes, France, in the Pas-de-Calais region of northern France. As per the intial reports, several fires have broken out in the dunes, where the vegetation is particularly dense.
“We would like to inform you that, as a precautionary measure, all children attending our leisure center have been brought back inside the premises,” the town of Camiers stated in a press release published on social media. “They are currently inside, safe and sound, under the supervision of the activity leaders.”
