Senator Dickson and Chief Alaibe stated this during a meeting with the Interim Administrator of the PAP, Maj Gen Barry Ndiomu, where they declared total support for the lofty programmes of the amnesty office, which include scholarship programmes, skill acquisition, development and prompt payment of stipends to beneficiaries.
