A judge denied Sean “Diddy” Combs’ request for bail after the rapper pleaded not guilty to sex trafficking today in Manhattan federal court, Media Take Out confirmed.
And prosecutors claim that they found a “pink powder” in Diddy’s hotel room, when he was taken into custody last night. The powder is believed to be the new designer dr*g Tussi, which is a popular party drug among gay men.
Tussi, also known as pink cocaine, is a recreational drug that contains a mixture of different psychoactive substances, and is most commonly found in pink-dyed powder form. It is exploding on the gay party scene in teh United States.
The concoction is also referred to as “pink cocaine”, as it typically circulates on the illicit market in pink powder form. Drug-checking studies report tusi to be a concoction of ketamine, MDMA, cocaine, methamphetamine, caffeine, opioids, and other new psychoactive substances (NPS)
Combs appeared in front of Robyn F. Tarnofsky in a Manhattan courtroom on Tuesday. Diddy was charged with racketeering conspiracy, s** trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in pr**titution. If found guilty, he faces a minimum of 15 years behind bars or a maximum sentence of life in prison for each of the multiple charges.
The judge decided there were “no conditions” she could impose on Diddy.
Tarnofsky pointed out sex trafficking is a crime that happens behind closed doors and the rapper would be hard to monitor even with pre-trial monitoring services. The judge considered alternatives to detainment, but found they were not sufficient. Tarnofsky conceded the weight of the evidence against Diddy is significant.
Diddy’s legal team plans to appeal the bail decision.
