Upcoming Arraignment and Trial
Combs is scheduled to be arraigned on the new indictment next week. However, prosecutors have stated that this will not affect his scheduled May 5 trial on the previous charges.
He has consistently denied all allegations, with his legal team insisting that he never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone.
“Mr. Combs has full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor,” his attorneys previously stated.
