Sean “Diddy” Combs has been slapped with yet another indictment, adding to the dozens already filed against the disgraced music mogul…this time, he’s been hit with allegations of forced labor.
The allegations are that Diddy forced workers to work long hours under threat of punishment. If they did not oblige, prosecutors said the Bad Boy threatened them with physical or financial harm or even psychological harm or threats to end their careers.
Diddy has denied the new allegations in a statement issued by his lead attorney, Marc Agnifilo.
“Mr. Combs has said it before and will say it again: he vehemently denies the accusations. He looks forward to his day in court when it will become clear that he has never forced anyone to engage in sexual acts against their will,” the statement reads.
Diddy is currently being housed in Brooklyn’s MDC jail until his racketeering conspiracy trial begins May 5th. Following his arrest, he was denied bail three times as a judge agreed with prosecutors that he was a threat to the community and could potentially tamper with witnesses.
