The legal team for Sean “Diddy” Combs has issued a statement, denying new allegations in a civil lawsuit that claims a man was hit with semen after the mogul masturbated onto a shirt of the Notorious B.I.G. and threw it at him.
In the newly filed suit, a man identified only as John Doe alleges that in 2020, the music mogul engaged in a disturbing encounter involving a shirt belonging to the late rapper Notorious B.I.G. The man claims Diddy masturbated into the shirt and threw it at him, causing semen to land on his lap and arm.
According to the lawsuit, the alleged incident occurred during what the plaintiff describes as a drug-fueled episode inside a Los Angeles warehouse that stored Biggie’s belongings. John Doe also accuses Combs of pressuring him to take ketamine, exposing himself during a listening session, and coercing him to perform oral sex.
He is suing for sexual battery and emotional distress.
“Mr. Combs’s trial and acquittal on trafficking and RICO charges prove what we have been saying all along: Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone,” Diddy’s legal team said in the statement to TMZ.
“That people continue to broadcast and file false accusations — no matter how heinous and uncorroborated — is unfortunate, but Mr. Combs will not back down. He will fight for as long as necessary to win his full vindication.”
