The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has declared 47-year-old Ndukaku Kelvin Odoemela wanted over alleged conspiracy, forgery and stealing.
According to a notice issued by the anti-graft agency, Odoemela is from Umuahia Local Government Area of Abia State and is being sought in connection with the alleged offences.
The commission appealed to members of the public with credible information about his whereabouts to assist investigators in locating him.
EFCC said Odoemela’s last known address is No. 9 Adelebu Street, Umuahia, Abia State.
The agency urged anyone with useful information to contact its offices in Ibadan, Uyo, Sokoto, Maiduguri, Benin, Makurdi, Kaduna, Ilorin, Enugu, Kano, Lagos, Gombe, Port Harcourt or Abuja.
It also advised members of the public to provide relevant information through its designated contact channels or the nearest police station and other security agencies.
The notice was signed by Dele Oyewale, Head of Media and Publicity of the EFCC.
The commission’s declaration does not amount to a conviction, as the allegations against Odoemela would be subject to investigation and, where applicable, judicial determination.
