EX Governor Nasir El-Rufai has sued the Kaduna State House of Assembly over claims that N432 billion was looted during his eight-year administration, leaving the state with a huge debt and liabilities. El-Rufai filed a fundamental rights suit at the Federal High Court in Kaduna on Wednesday June 26, 2024.
