Comedian Faizon shared his thoughts after the anticipated arrest of Sean “Diddy” Combs.
Diddy was arrested on allegations of sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, and is facing RICO charges.
Faizon says that although the rapper should be locked up for putting his hands on his then-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, he’s “confused” about the other allegations and charges.
“Can yall help me? When has being nasty been a federal crime? And I’m glad they told me. I didn’t know there was a limit on baby oil,” he asked, referring to prosecutors revealing they found 1000 bottles of baby oil, luge and hundreds of sex toys, when raiding the mogul’s home.
Prosecutors allege Diddy coerced his female victims into days-long sex sessions as part of his alleged pattern of abuse dating back to the 90s.
Diddy has pleaded not guilty to the charges against him.
“He is an imperfect person, but he is not a criminal,” Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo said. “To his credit, Mr. Combs has been nothing but cooperative with this investigation and he voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges. Please reserve your judgment until you have all the facts. These are the acts of an innocent man with nothing to hide, and he looks forward to clearing his name in court.”
