The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) has generated N650 million in revenue from the newly renovated Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Conference Centre in Abuja, just three weeks after its commissioning.

The Minister of the FCT, Nyesom Wike, made this revelation during a media chat with selected journalists in Abuja.

The facility was commissioned by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on June 10, and was renamed in his honor.

Wike’s efforts in refurbishing the conference centre have been praised by the President, who referred to him as “the Landlord of Abuja” during the inauguration.

The revenue generated from the conference centre is a testament to the facility’s potential and the FCTA’s efforts to boost revenue streams.

The success of the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Conference Centre is expected to contribute significantly to the FCT’s revenue profile, further solidifying its position as a hub for international events and conferences.
