Bethlehem, Pennsylvania – Pat’s Pizza and Bistro creates a one-of-a-kind dining experience with its pasta flights.
“It’s about three and a half pounds,” says the owner, Yanni Kizirides.
Each trip comes with three different types of pasta and there are seven to choose from including ricotta gnocchi, cacio e pepe, beanne vodka, and customer favorite Sophia Loren.
Since its inception, flights have become a sensation.
“I have people drive four and a half hours to come here,” Kisiridis says. “When it’s dropped on the table, people take out their phones, take pictures, and share them with their friends.”
Pat’s Pizza and Bistro is open daily from 11am-9pm
