Freddie Gibbs is not letting up on his rap rival Gunna, and posted a video of himself trolling the Atlanta rapper at the VMAs.
The clips, which surfaced over the weekend, show Gibbs with a friend singing along to Latin star Ricky Martin’s 1999 hit “Livin’ La Vida Loca” along with the caption: “2 n—as that never ratted.”
The caption appeared to take a direct jab at Gunna, who has faced scrutiny from peers in the hip-hop community since accepting an Alford plea in the sprawling YSL RICO trial last year. Former collaborator Young Thug publicly labeled him a “rat” and distanced himself after the plea deal was entered.
Young Thug was also recently accused of being a snitch after a video clip from his police interrogation was leaked online, as well as several leaked jail calls.

In one clip, Gibbs zooms in on the back of Gunna’s head, taunting him on camera. “I see you, boy. He’s tryna hide,” Gibbs said, before adding another insult: calling him a “rat b*stard.”
Gibbs then paired the video with a snippet from his track “Lavish Habits,” featured on his latest album Alfredo 2. In the song, Gibbs raps:
“I’m still gon’ squeeze Akademiks titties, that fat b*stard/ Gunna dissed me and took a plea, he a rat b*stard.”
