Funk Flex has sided with Tory Lanez throughout the Megan Thee Stallion shooter drama, and the legendary hip-hop DJ still believes the Canadian rapper is innocent.
“Tory Lanez, I do believe he’s innocent. Yes. It’s not what they’re saying it is,” Flex told viewers on live stream.

Lanez was convicted of three felonies for shooting Megan Thee Stallion in July 2020: Assault with a semiautomatic firearm, having a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle and discharging a firearm with gross negligence. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
In 2021, Lanez appeared on Funk Flex’s Hot97 show, where he claimed he was framed for the shooting.
