TURKISH champions Galatasaray are willing to pay Atalanta €50 million for Super Eagles forward Ademola Lookman, according to reports in Turkey.
Lookman’s fellow Super Eagles star Victor Osimhen is already a key player with the Turkish giants, joining them for €75m after impressing on loan last season.
Galatasaray have made Ademola Lookman their No 1 transfer target and so have offered Atalanta a transfer fee of €50m, multiple Turkish outlets have reported.
The reports added that Galatasaray would be prepared to offer the Nigeria international a salary of €5m to €6m euros per season.
Atalanta are willing to sell the player, but the transfer will only proceed if an offer meets the Italian club’s valuation.
The Serie A club stopped Lookman from joining rivals Inter Milan in the summer despite a €45m offer, insisting that Lookman would only be sold to a foreign club.
