Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s night out at Kris Jenner’s James Bond-themed birthday party is causing more buzz than the celebration itself, after insiders claimed the couple asked Kim Kardashian and Jenner to remove photos of them from social media.
According to Rob Shuter’s #ShuterScoop, the Sussexes were reportedly upset when unapproved photos of them began circulating online.
A source said they were polite but firm, insisting that nothing be posted without their sign-off. Another insider claimed the couple has built their brand on control and did not want an unexpected Kardashian post to affect it.
Sources also said tension built behind the scenes. One insider joked that Kris does not enjoy being directed by anyone and reportedly said that if Meghan and Harry want control, they can have it…just not on her guest list.
Meghan wore a sleek black dress with nude makeup and dangling earrings, while Harry looked dapper in a tuxedo, and sources told PEOPLE that Meghan looked glamorous and fit the theme perfectly, while Harry wore a tuxedo with a poppy for Remembrance Day.
