Celebrity designer Toyin Lawani has poured praises on controversial singer, Portable as she meets the singer.
In a post on her Instagram page, she described the controversial singer as one of the most authentic entertainers she has ever met. She stated that it is trouble for whoever doesn’t like him. Admitting that he is a drama king, she opined that it is a real talent to know how to grasp the public attention while selling oneself non-stop.
She added that watching his videos made her realize why he still stays in the trenches despite his fame and riches.
“Wahala for who no like @portablebaeby.
He’s one of the most Authentic entertainers I’ve ever met.
He’s just a dram king that’s all,
It’s actually real talent to know how to grasp public attention while selling yourself nonstop,
If I tell you portable is actually calm in real life will you argue?
Most popularly asked question—if Portable has made this much money, why is he still living in the trenches?
I watched this video and it made a lot of sense why he’s still there”.
Last month, it was double blessings for Portable as he revealed that Toyin Abraham who he described as Queen Mother, gave him a whopping N5million to star in her upcoming movie, Alakada: Boujee and Bahd.
He also revealed that socialite Yhemo Lee gifted him N1 million. In what seems like a shade to Davido and others, Portable stated that whoever will help one wouldn’t stress them.
Last year, Billionaire businessman Obinna Iyiegbu, better known as Obi Cubana, gifted singer Portable N3 million to support his music. Portable made this known as he took to his Instagram story to post his conversation with the billionaire businessman, where he promised to sponsor the singer’s music.
In March, an Abuja billionaire, Ochacho, had gifted him a Mercedes Benz and had promised to provide him security to drive him to Lagos. In his caption, Ochacho expressed how excited he was to have hung out with him while adding that he presented him with the Convertible Benz as a little token to support him and expressed pride in him for his great work.
