A new lawsuit was filed against Sean “Diddy” Combs which gave details of a tool that the former billionaire allegedly used, to s**ually assault boys.
Media Take Out learned that a 17 year old is accusing Diddy of assaulting him two years ago, inside a Manhattan penthouse. And the young man, claims that Diddy used a “tool” to take advantage of the minor.
In the John Doe lawsuit, the young man says that he had aspirations of entering the music industry, and was invited to a Manhattan penthouse, where he would meet Diddy, and other powerful music industry executives.
Little did the teenager know, that he was actually invited to a freak off.
The alleged teen vatic explained, “He immediately noticed Combs among other well-known musicians and industry persons. Combs greeted Doe and offered him a drink.”
“Trusting the gesture, Doe accepted. They made small talk regarding the industry, and Combs assured Doe that he could make him a star,” the young man explained.
That’s when things went from bad to worse.
“Shortly after, Doe began feeling strange. He felt dizzy, weak, and confused, far beyond what he would expect from having consumed a single drink. It became clear to him that something was wrong. He realized later he had been drugged”
The young man claims that he was drugged, and he claims to have an image of the device that Diddy used to put GHB inside his drink. He provided a photograph of the instrument.
The young man then gave a detailed an graphic description of what he says happened next. Here it is:
- He witnessed multiple people engaging in group s*x, including Combs, and another artist he recognized. After Doe entered the room, Combs approached him, grabbed him, and led him to the bed, forcing him to lie down on the bed against his will.
- Combs moved directly next to Doe on the bed while others laid next to them engaging in sual activities including orl sex and sual penetration. Combs grabbed Doe’s pis and gitals with his hand. Combs manipulated Does’ g*itals for an extended period of time, trying to get him aroused.
- Doe was not aroused but was instead scared and disgusted. Doe told Combs that the reason he could not get aroused is because needed to use the restroom. Combs permitted him to get up off the bed, as Combs then turned back to the others in bed and rejoined the group’s sexual activities. From the bathroom, Doe called a friend to come pick him up and immediately left the Manhattan hotel. Combs continued with his party as if nothing had happened. For Doe, everything had changed.
The young man says that he called his friend to come pick him up. He says that his friend is willing to testify to what happened.
