Legendary music star 2Baba and his wife, Natasha, appear unbothered by the viral video of him being arrested.
Kemi Filani reported in October that reports made rounds that the singer had gotten into an altercation with his then-pregnant wife and had been arrested.
Addressing it, 2baba denied it, claiming that he failed to show up because he had an urgent medical emergency. He thanked the organisers and fans who attended the event and promised to deliver a splendid performance next time.
Videos released online a while ago proved the singer was lying, as 2baba was captured on handcuffs with police guiding him into a vehicle. In another, Natasha was seen coming down from a bus, reminding the singer that she was carrying his child.
Taking to his Instagram story, 2baba shared a photo of his wife with the caption, “Honorable Goddess”.
Natasha also took to her Instagram story to share photos of her and the singer with the caption, “A guy and a babe”.
Back in July, the music icon, in an episode on Nedu’s podcast, said that a man isn’t built to be sexually active with one woman. He stated that a man can love a woman, but it’s impossible for him to sexually be with only one woman.
Making a u-turn, 2baba, in a video on his Instagram page, admitted that he fucked up. He tendered an apology to his wife Natasha, whom he described as the love of his life, fans and his kids. 2baba said he is deeply sorry, and that’s not who he is.
Reacting to it, Do2dtun expressed concern for the singer, noting that 2baba never addresses anything like this. He expressed believed that 2baba is vulnerable and someone is milking it and forcing him to be who he isn’t.
Comedian, Ayo Makun noted how it is easy to cast the first stone at the supposed offender. He further noted that no one is questioning whether the singer is okay, as many don’t care. Ayo pointed out how, as men, they’re raised to suffer in silence, whether right or wrong.
Singer, Cynthia Morgan told Natasha that she can’t purge a man like 2face into monogamy overnight. Calling for prayers for the singer, she questioned whether he is a Christian and a church leader.
Daddy Freeze stated that the singer was depreciating and turning from a Bentley to a Corolla. He noted how his ex-wife, Annie Idibia, is evolving into a Queen, but the music icon is slowly turning into RadioGad and that he may evolve into a puppet.
