Nollywood actress Uche Ogbodo has given fans an update on her new face.
Kemi Filani reported on Thursday that the movie star had unveiled a new look after undergoing a non-surgical facial rejuvenation procedure.
Ogbodo made it clear she loves herself and her natural features, but believes people should be free to change or enhance everything they aren’t comfortable with. She urged women considering aesthetic procedures to prioritise safety and work with qualified doctors and professionals.
Giving an update, Ogbodo shared a video of her day one look, saying she isn’t chasing perfection but simply choosing to look refreshed, youthful, confident, and very much like herself.
She said she isn’t hiding, owes no apologies and has no pressure to age a certain way.
“Day 1 of giving my face the love, care, and attention it deserves.
I’m not chasing perfection. I’m simply choosing to look refreshed, youthful, confident, and very much like myself.
No hiding, no apologies, no pressure to age a certain way.
This is my face. My journey, my choice, and baby. Are we about to glow or what?”.
Last year, Uche Ogbodo had gifted herself a tummy tuck surgery. The movie star shared a video of her in a hospital as she urged her fans to pray for her.
Not done, the movie star had undergone her second phase of cosmetic surgery.
Following the surgery, Ogbodo revealed that she couldn’t walk freely on the street again because of the attention she was receiving. She questioned if she was the first to ever have a big behind.
The movie star had also gifted herself a new teeth as birthday gift.
In an interview, Ogbodo had opened up on why she underwent body enhancement surgery. The mother of three revealed she did it to regain confidence and protect her mental health, after her body changed significantly after childbirth.
The mother of three had responded to trolls who told her to fix her thighs, saying her body isn’t perfectly built. Ogbodo noted that potatoes will be potatoes, but she will continue to look fabulous.
