Nigerian Skitmaker, Nasiru Lawal popularly known as Nasboi has shared his thoughts about fame and success.

Naijaonpoint reports that, in a tweet, the singer said he would always choose money over popularity.

He said he does not want to return to anything that resembles the stress of fame in another lifetime.

Nasboi also said he plans to step away from the entertainment scene once he hits a personal financial target.

He explained that when his earnings reach ₦5 billion, he will walk away from skits, music and acting.

He added that he wants his mind to rest after years of working across different creative fields.

He wrote: “I will choose having money over being famous… I no fit try this kind thing for my next life again.

“Once my money complete 5 billion i don disembark. I no do again…. No skit, no music, no acting. Make brain rest.”

In other news, Nigerian singer, Stanley Omah Didia, popularly known as Omah Lay, has opened up on why he did not accept a recent offer from Davido to work together on a new track.

Naijaonpoint reports that he spoke about it during a podcast session where he explained that the call for another collaboration came after the success of their hit song, With You.

During the interview, the 28-year-old said he chose to focus on building his own path at that moment.
