A video of a Nigerian woman who is a graduate of English Language has surfaced online, sparking widespread reactions on social media.
In the emotional clip, the lady was seen crying profusely as she lamented her inability to secure a job despite holding a Bachelor’s degree in English Language.
She explained that she has applied for several jobs over the years, but all her efforts have yielded no positive results.
Speaking further, she revealed that she currently makes a living by selling cow skin (kponmo) and liquid soap in order to survive after graduating from the university.
According to her, recording the video was not easy, as she struggled to hold back tears while sharing her experience.
The graduate added that she is willing to take up any legal job opportunity, saying she is fast approaching her breaking point due to prolonged unemployment.
Her video has since drawn sympathy and renewed conversations online about unemployment and the challenges faced by Nigerian graduates.
A further research by Entertainment Region confirmed that the lady is identifed as koredudu on TikTok while she is identified as kore_zz on Instagram. Her name is Oluwakorede.
