Nigerian award-winning singer Wizkid has weighed into the drama between his aide, DJ Tunez and colleague, Burna Boy.
Kemi Filani reported a day back that Burna and members of his crew were involved in an alleged clash with DJ Tunez.
According to eyewitness accounts shared online, the incident reportedly occurred at a nightclub, where a disagreement was said to have escalated into a physical confrontation. Sources further alleged that multiple individuals were involved in the scuffle, with DJ Tunez reportedly on the receiving end of the attack.
In a tweet, he called Burna a pussy nigga, noting how he jumped a DJ with 10 men and carrying a Diddy towel to dance. He said he has never seen a fool like him in his life.
“Pussy nigga Jump a dj with 10man carry diddy towel Dey dance.
I never see a fool like this diddy babe for my life”.
Following the drama, Tunez said Burna is all signs of weakness as it was only him verses Burna and his crew. He claimed he stood his grounds, hence, why Burna collected well.
Speaking out, Burna threw shots at him, while sharing a video of himself on towels vibing to DJ Tunez’s song. In the clip, Burna was captured saying ‘Ogbafia dey for ground’, while prancing around his hotel room
Showing their support for Tunez, the Nigerian DJ Association has issued a press statement to all disc jockeys to avoid playing the singer’s song. The association stated that no one is born hating another person because of their skin colour, religion, background, or gender. According to them, they put their DJs first and stand firm on ‘All DJs are equal’.
Two years ago, Burna lashed out at a Wizkid fan who linked him to disgraced American rapper Diddy. He told the fan to show his face so he could easily trace his house.
That wasn’t the first time Burna had lashed out at a Wizkid’s supporter. A year back, Burna had challenged Wizkid’s associate to call him out with his full chest. Godson, who is a close pal to Wizkid had shared a photo of Wizkid laughing to troll Burna Boy for declaring himself the richest artiste in Africa. Lashing out at him, Burna dared him to call him out with his full chest.
The singer had revealed his plans for his colleagues, who he hates. He stated that he is trying to get a pilot to fly above the houses of those he doesn’t like. He revealed that he plans to urinate on them from the sky and enjoy as it falls on them.
